  • Taking care of new hires and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience;

  • Organizing business trips (to clients or conferences) as well as team-wide integration trips;

  • Supporting the organization of internal events such as the annual team retreat, company meetings (twice a year), and the company Christmas party - from planning to execution and logistics;

  • Assisting in organizing external events such as meetups (e.g. Flutter Warsaw), conferences, company events, and job fairs;

  • Working closely with the Head of Office & Finance.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Is able to plan and execute tasks independently;

  • Works well both independently and as part of a team;

  • Is eager to learn, grow, and take responsibility for their work;

  • Has a good command of Microsoft Excel and Google Docs;

  • Thinks in processes and enjoys organizing and improving workflows;
