We are looking for ambitious professionals, who can join our team in the QA Automation Engineer role. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that our products are of the highest quality. Your job will be a mix of manual and automated testing with an emphasis on automating as much as possible. As a member of the SCRUM team, you’ll be also communicating with the client, contributing to the specification, and validating the overall experience of the product.


At LeanCode we’re also developing our own UI testing framework for Flutter. As a team member, you’ll be involved in the process of shaping the new framework, providing constant feedback, and suggesting new features. We spend a lot of time discussing best practices and possible ways to make UI tests more efficient, readable, and maintainable.


LeanCode is a software studio based in Warsaw (Poland) with a strong focus on building great products that matter. We are a team of 57+ skillful professionals. Our clients represent different industries from banking and insurance, through retail and wellbeing products up to SaaS solutions. We work for companies from all over the world (at the moment: Poland, Germany, the UK, France,  the USA and Australia). We join forces with the clients at the very early stage of the process. Thanks to that we have a substantial impact on not only the organizational aspects of the project but also on how the developed product actually works and looks. This approach requires close cooperation with the clients, including frequent workshops and daily meetings with them.

There’s a catch in this offer though… You’ll probably have to learn how to play table soccer if you join us ;)

  • Writing and maintaining automated E2E tests in Flutter and Cypress;
  • Manual testing of mobile and web apps;
  • Providing feedback about our internal UI testing framework;
  • Close collaboration with the client, developers, product owners, and UX designers;
  • Business analysis.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with automated testing;
  • Great analytical skills;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Programming skills;
  • Ability to write concise, yet exact descriptions of bugs;
  • Eagerness to learn new things;
  • Good command of English (B2, written and spoken).
