LeanCode is a software studio based in Warsaw (Poland). We focus on building great products that matter. Our team consists of 75 skillful developers, UX designers, and product owners. Our mission is to solve real-life problems using cutting-edge technologies.

As the Leader and Head of UX, you will have a significant impact on both the products we build and the processes we use to design them. The process aspect is crucial, as we utilize various tools, including our own design system, to scale design efforts and ensure consistency across projects.

You will lead a team of three experienced UX Designers, each with their unique skills, strengths, and areas for improvement. Your role will be to support their growth and help them achieve their ambitious goals.

A key part of your responsibilities will be promoting our work by collaborating with the marketing team to showcase project highlights through our own case studies and external platforms like Behance or Dribbble.

As Head of UX, you will also manage Design Sprint Workshops, where we assist clients in turning their visions from concept to reality. These workshops typically consist of 5–8 sessions spread over 4–6 weeks, guiding clients through the design process from 0 to 1;

In your role, we will support you in actively building the recognition of our brand by taking part in various conferences and meetups;

You will also take part in our experiments with the low/no-code platforms and visual interfaces for crafting digital products that don’t require actual development.
