We are currently looking for an HR & Office Assistant who will be responsible for managing the office and recruitment processes as well as assisting the Board Members at LeanCode. In this position, you will also have a chance to co-organize the best community events for Developers, such as Flutter Warsaw, the biggest European Meetup dedicated to Flutter, or other initiatives we organize as LeanCode. We need positive people with character, energy, and pro-active approach to problem-solving. There’s a catch in this offer though… You’ll probably have to learn how to play table soccer or table tennis if you join us ;)

Responsibilities
  • Looking after the office and making sure the space is well-organized, ready and nice to work at;

  • Organization of business trips (booking tickets and accommodation);

  • Managing office supplies and equipment;

  • Maintaining benefits programs;

  • Coordinating correspondence, arranging shipments and courier deliveries;

  • Cooperation with office vendors and service providers (landlord,  cleaners, internet provider, couriers, etc.);

  • Ordering IT equipment and managing the inventory;

  • Managing the recruitment processes;

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;

  • Co-organization of events such as meetups (Flutter Warsaw), conferences, IT events, IT fairs, company meetings, and job fairs (planning events from start to finish, dealing with logistic issues, generating ideas, managing event budgets);

  • Assisting the Board with daily duties and personal tasks;

  • Taking care of the positive image of the company externally and internally;

  • Close cooperation with the Head of Office&Finance.
